In the future I
have a desire to become HRD (human resource development). HRD can be
interpreted as human resource management.
HRD
(Human resource development) has functions and tasks. The function of an HRD is
to carry out human resource planning, employee orientation, employee
recruitment, performance management, determining salary and compensation, to
improve employee employment relations. The responsibility in terms of procuring
a training activity on human resources.
My desire to become
an HRD job in the next 5-10 years will still be needed. Because this job cannot
be replaced by the Navy or robots. This job also includes promising jobs and
many enthusiasts. This job is also a very fun job because there are no boring
days, many jobs that can be done, meeting many people who each person has a
different nature.
HRD is a job that
has or gets a high salary. The range of company HRD salaries received is also
based on these levels. In general, or usually, the salary range of an HRd
starts from Rp 8 million to Rp 20 million per month. But for higher level HRD
can get greater than Rp 20 million per month
So those are some
reasons or discussions about being an HRD that is still a relevant job in the
future. There are also many opportunities to become an HRD because this job
